Water to me is very sensual the way it moves, its ability to envelop and caress the body, and the sounds it makes all contribute to a sensory experience that I find deeply soothing.. 🌀 I’m currently learning about Water from a chinese medicine perspective. Our kidneys and bladder belong to the Water Element. In our Retreat “Ausatmen” @hotelbaerenmellau from 31.10-2.11 we will explore this element by moving our bodies softly into familiar shapes of Yin Yoga - but with a more intuitive approach, soft, fluid, regenerative. Big lesson! I know this might sound very hard because 🌀People leave 🌀People hurt 🌀People confuse ..but with following the path of the heart, of compassion, of love it is and was very healing for me ❤️ But what does that mean? Thank you for sharing this Mantra @satuyoga I am very grateful for it - a way to honour our Mother Earth by singing to her - especially now as we experience her fullness, as we harvest the fruits and vegetables that we have planted. I feel humble, fully embracing her and all she gives. The scent of ripe blackberries, the cold rivers and lakes where I can swim in, the forest where I rest, the light of the sun which slowly starts to change as we transition, the seeds of wild nettle that will nourish me throughout winter..
